I have bought 4 of these personalised boxes now and every single family has been blown away by them. The quality of the gifts and the personal nature with the baby’s name make them gifts to treasure!! I adore the gift choices and the quality of the materials .. highly recommend. Unfortunately the box arrived damaged through no fault of Babygifts. I contacted them and sent photos of the damage and they replaced the box and when I received it I transferred the contents to the new box. All the items are beautiful, and the personalisation just adds a special touch to the gifts. I really can't fault the product or the fantastic service and would highly recommend them for your next baby gift purchase, you won't be disappointed.
Decided to make my own hamper up for a colleague leaving on Maternity Leave. I couldn't believe the communication and service received! Second to none and delivered within a 24hour period! you just don't get that anywhere these days! Excellent and will absolutely use again!
