Q. Can gifts be sent directly to the recipient?
A. Yes, the majority of our baby gifts are sent directly to the new baby. There is an option to include a personal message at checkout, which we will include on a coordinating gift card at no extra charge. If you miss it, you can email us after you place your order with your message.
Q. Will there be any receipts included?
A. Don't worry, we never include any prices/receipts with our deliveries. Your receipt will be emailed automatically once you have confirmed your purchase.
Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Simply choose your destination at the checkout box. Please note that in some countries, gifts are liable to import taxes. Excess weight charges may apply to oversized gifts such as baby gift hampers, rocking horses. We will contact you immediately if an extra charge is necessary for delivery.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Baby gifts orders before lunchtime are sent for next working day delivery within the Island of Ireland if ordered before lunchtime.
Baby gifts ordered after lunchtime will be sent the following day (for next working day delivery).
Baby gifts ordered between Friday afternoon and Monday morning will be sent on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
The exceptions are noted under the product description (ABC Frames- all orders received before lunchtime on Tuesdays will be delivered on Thursdays. Orders placed from Tuesday afternoon onwards will dispatch the following week.
Christening candles: Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatching of candles. (if you have an urgent order, ring us or send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deliveries to the UK are normally within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You will receive notification with your tracking code, via email, that your item has shipped. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided to us when ordering.
Q. I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. As your order enters our system immediately upon placement of your order, it is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, dates and names very carefully. In the event you've made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to extend a 25% discount if you need to re-order. In the case of all embroidered gifts, it is not possible to successfully take out stitches by hand without damaging the garment, nor is it possible to rectify engraved gifts. Please don't ask.
Errors on ABC Frames:
New plaques can be sent for €5.00 . Due to the handmade nature of this gift, all other changes to the ABC Frames (mis-spellings) can be made, at 1/2 the original cost of the gift. (ex. delivery).

Q. We made a mistake on an item
A. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you and credit you for the return postage. In most cases it will be necessary to receive the item with the error back before we can send the replacement item.
