All deliveries in Ireland are sent by Fastway Couriers. Average delivery is 1-2 working days.

Please allow extra time for Personalised christening candles to be made as stated in the product descriptions.

Deliveries outside of Ireland are by An Post. The delivery times can be viewed on the An Post website. An Post are quoting delays to many destinations. Please consider this when placing your order. We will send your gift within 1 working day, however we do not have any control over the delivery times. Please contact An Post with your tracking code for any queries you may have.

Please note: When you place an order on you are agreeing to a 3rd party delivering your order. Orders can be sent by another method at your request. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. Once your order has been updated to shipped status, please check your tracking information, orders within Ireland are normally delivered within 2 working days. We will be happy to follow up with the couriers on your behalf if their is insufficient information on their website. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your tracking email in your inbox.

If insufficient or incorrect delivery information is given and parcels are returned as undeliverable, the courier will charge to resend. Please ensure all details are correct.

6th May 2021: Parcels to the UK - post Brexit. Update: we have suspended shipping to the UK at present due to the uncertainty of charges upon arrival.

Jan 1- 5th May: Customer advisory: We are happy to send parcels to the UK on your behalf however their may be customs charges. There does not seem to be a set guideline on these as of yet. We have many that are being delivered without issue or indeed additional charges, however we have experienced a few that are being charged 12 stg. clearance charge (in addition to the original postage) along with a VAT rate that the HMRC/parcel force deem appropriate. These charges are not being advised to us pre-posting and are customers are only being made aware when HMRC/parcel force makes contact for payment. We understand that this may be off putting when placing an order not knowing but this is completely out of our control once we hand the parcel over to the post office and we feel it is only fair that we give you this information before hand. 

Postage destinations listed as TBA (To be advised): We will be happy to quote the exact cost of delivery for your parcel if you email us before placing your order or we will email you after your order is placed and you can choose whether to proceed based on the cost.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes, ship worldwide. Simply choose your destination at the checkout box. Please note that in some countries, gifts are liable to import taxes that will not be advised until entering the destination country. Excess weight charges may also apply to oversized gifts such as baby gift hampers, rocking horses. We will contact you immediately if an extra charge is necessary for oversized gifts.


If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund within 30 days. Please phone us on 091 631000 if you have a question regarding a return or exchange. Personalised or customised goods are exempt from returns in the EU distance selling regulations unless faulty.
