Disappointed is an understatement

I never received my ornament which I had ordered well in advance for a Xmas Day Gift. I paid for delivery also. I am the customer and bottom line is I paid for a product which I have not yet received despite the courier saying it was delivered and you say it was shipped. I'm without something I paid for so someone should be answerable as I paid for something I have not yet received! Very upsetting for me prior to Xmas Day trying to chase delivery and had nothing on the day to give my niece for her new baby!
