The ornament I received was not the same as in the picture. The bow tie on the one I received was red whereas the one in the picture was black. There were other details that were different too. I’m happy overall with it but it is not what I ordered or what I was expecting.
I had asked for a detailed message on the decoration and I was unsure if they would be able to do it but they did and they turned out absolutely beautifully!! Thank you so much.
