Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes, Susan Elizabeth ship worldwide. Simply choose your destination at the checkout box. Please note that in some countries, gifts are liable to import taxes. Excess weight charges may apply to oversized gifts such as baby gift hampers, rocking horses and rocking chairs. We will contact you immediately if an extra charge is necessary for delivery.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders should arrive within 5 working days within the Island of Ireland (average 2-3 days!). Please refer to our Shipping page for more information on other destinations.
Q.How can I open a corporate account and what are the advantages?
A. We are pleased to be able to offer Corporate Account facilities. Contact us today to set up an instant account.
Benefits of opening a Corporate Account include:
30 day payment terms with monthly invoices which can be sent direct to your HR Department.
Ordering facilities via the web, telephone or email.
Baby Gifts can be delivered either to hospital or direct to your recipients home.
We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 11.00am.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You will receive notification, via email, that your item has shipped. The shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided to us when ordering.
Q. I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
A. As your order enters our system immediately upon placement of your order, it is extremely important that you review your order for correctness prior to submission. We do understand, however, that mistakes happen! Take special care when reviewing your order; check your spelling, dates and names very carefully. In the event you've made an error and need a replacement, we would be happy to extend a 25% discount if you need to re-order. In some cases, such as our albums and keepsake chests it may be possible to rectify the mistake at a lesser cost. In the case of a mistake on a bears jumper, unfortunately we do not have spare jumpers. In the case of most other personalised items, it is not possible to successfully take out stitches by hand without damaging the garment. Please don't ask.
Q. We made a mistake on an item,
A. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you and credit you for the return postage. In some cases it may be necessary to receive the item with the error back before we can send the replacement item.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Susan Eizabeth - www.BabyGifts.ie accepts Visa, MasterCard,Laser, Cheques and payment by bank transfer.
Q. Why can't I add items to the shopping basket?
A. The browser that you are using may not be set up to support Cookies, or you may have Cookies turned off.
Without Cookies enabled, you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart. "Cookies" are small text files that are placed on your computer in order to identify your shopping cart on our Web site. To enable Cookies, try setting your security level to medium.
Q. How can I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
A. Susan Elizabeth sends out an email newsletter to subscribers who opt-in. If you prefer not to receive these emails - approx 3-4 a year, please email info@babygifts.ie with the subject:Unsubscribe in the header.
